What counts as one analysis?

Each document submission counts as one analysis. Re-reading a saved analysis does not count — only the initial run.

When does my free tier reset?

On the first of each calendar month. Your remaining count is visible in the sidebar whenever you're signed in.

Does Lense give investment advice?

No. All outputs are framed as "this document indicates" — never as buy/sell recommendations. Lense surfaces what the document says, not what you should do with it.

What document types are supported?

PDFs up to 20MB (50MB on Pro/Team), public URLs, or pasted text. Works with 10-Ks, 10-Qs, earnings transcripts, pitch decks, news articles, and prospectuses. Scanned PDFs are supported but may produce lower-quality results.

Are there any hourly limits?

Pro and Scale users can submit up to 20 analyses per hour. Free users are limited to 3 analyses per month — so the hourly limit doesn't apply.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. No contracts, no lock-in. Your Pro or Scale access continues until the end of your current billing period.
