Refund Policy

Free tier

Lense offers a free tier with 3 analyses per month — no credit card required. We encourage you to try the service before subscribing.

Cancellation

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from the Settings page. When you cancel:
  • Your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing period.
  • You retain Pro access until the period ends — you are not cut off immediately.
  • No further charges are made after cancellation.

Refunds

Because Lense is a digital service that is available immediately upon subscription, we generally do not offer refunds for the current billing period.

However, we will issue a full refund in the following situations:
  • You were charged due to a billing error on our part.
  • You request a refund within 48 hours of your first subscription payment and have run fewer than 5 analyses since subscribing.
  • The service was materially unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours during a period you were billed for.
To request a refund, email support@lense.finance with your account email and a brief explanation. We will respond within 2 business days.

Disputes

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks that are not preceded by a support request may result in account suspension.

Price changes

If we increase the Pro subscription price, we will give at least 30 days' notice by email before the new price takes effect for existing subscribers.
