Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Lense, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Lense Finance Ltd.

Lense provides AI-powered analysis of financial documents (annual reports, earnings call transcripts, filings, and similar). Analysis outputs are informational only and generated by large language models. They may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.

Lense is not a financial adviser. Nothing produced by Lense constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or a solicitation of any kind. You must not rely on Lense outputs as the sole basis for any investment decision.

You agree not to:

• Upload documents you do not have the right to process.
• Use Lense to process documents containing material non-public information (MNPI) in a manner that would constitute insider trading.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI prompts or model weights.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute analysis outputs without our written consent.
• Circumvent usage limits, access controls, or billing systems.
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable law.

• The free tier provides 3 analyses per calendar month. Limits are enforced server-side.
• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at the price shown at checkout. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's Terms.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in Settings; your Pro access continues until the end of the paid period.

The Lense platform, design, and code are owned by Lense Finance Ltd. Analysis outputs generated from your documents are yours. We claim no ownership over them.

By uploading a document, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process it for the sole purpose of generating your analysis.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• Analysis outputs are accurate, complete, or current.
• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Any analysis output is suitable for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lense Finance Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including any investment losses incurred as a result of relying on analysis outputs.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. On termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
